Had a great stay at this cozy spot! Loved the super convenient location near all the shops and eateries. Staff went above and beyond-helped with everything from snacks to local tips. Just a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t ruin the fun!

The little shop in the front office provided convenient snacks and drinks, perfect for those late-night cravings. The courtyard layout offered a unique atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

The property clearly needs renovations. outdoor grounds look neglected, resembling a junkyard more than a welcoming space. Room 305's air conditioning was practically useless, cooling only the area under the bed and leaving the room humid. Gaps under the door invited a swarm of mosquitoes, leading to disturbed sleep throughout the stay. Additionally, the final metal steps to the apartment had significant rust, posing a risk for heavier guests.

This place offers a cozy experience with a lovely garden vibe. The staff was exceptionally helpful, accommodating my needs for items like scissors and an iron. However, navigating the area at night can be tricky, and the AC unit was quite loud, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

We loved the vibrant tropical atmosphere surrounding the place, especially with the kids! The location was superb—just a few minutes away from local eateries, making it easy to grab meals. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything we needed.

My wife says that the lack of elevators made getting our luggage up and down quite a workout.

The location was perfect! Many eateries within walking distance made it easy to grab a bite. I think we tried all the local spots, and each was better than the last. The staff was super friendly and I was a bit needy during my stay but they were so helpful with everything I asked for, even with little things like needing scissors and an iron.

Perfect spot for families! We loved being so close to the historic district and all the shops. The staff was super friendly, and there were beautiful plants everywhere. Only issue was the noise from the street and roosters, so earplugs helped a lot. Enjoyed some snacks at the lounge area too!

midtown guest house is a great spot! it's just off the main shopping street, making it super convenient. the room had decent a/c, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, suggesting a nice place to eat. overall, the stay was quite comfortable and budget-friendly.
